Pizzeria Italia at four lane ends is hands down the best pizza in newcastle. The most authentic pizza iv had in the toon.

Pizza Slice, the best. A hand shaped pizza with a proper, raised crust proper crust. Anyone who uses a rolling pin should be avoided. That Detroit, Square looks disgusting and like nothing I've ever seen in Italy. How about the biggest pizza in Newcastle - 30" or about 760 mm diameter from Pizzaholic on Chillingham Road.

Square actually reminds me of Pizzarium Bonci in Rome but is obviously far removed from the Neapolitan style of pizza.

Tough one, might have to give you the politicians answer, they all offer something slightly different dependent on price point, preferred location, ingredients and whether you’re a traditionalist or happy to try something different. I love them all and there’s even more pizza than this around Newcastle. Do you have a favourite place for pizza? 🍕🍕🍕

Great video! Try Dough Daze on Ridley street...£2 a slice or £6 for a whole pizza...spot on! Great just before the match.
