Florida is very pricey for rent and gas, I'd skip it, traffic is bad -- check rentals online by city

by one bedroom one bathroom, u dont mean a studio right? for example in l.a 1 bedroom 1 bath is 1500+ but studio starts 1000+...also what about kirkwood and adair park ? they seem cheaper..

This video was before the pandemmy and it needs some MAJOR updating. The housing market in Atlanta is going through a major shift. For the most part, though, I don't have the exact numbers but this list still remains about the same. Though, Smyrna is getting pretty pricey.

I have had several LA Casting Directors and Directors tell me to stay in Atlanta and instead just get reps in LA/NYC. Again, this is for my specific casting/type

i PERSONALLY don't think it is. Depending what side of town you are on, it's 25-30 mins away from like Buckhead/Atlanta. But things shoot ALL over Georgia TBH, it's just most of the agencies office and casting offices are in like the center of Atlanta

Alpharetta is super costly, my brother lives there, it's the number one place in GA people are moving to, Roswell might be better and closer

100% yes! People love to promote our Marta bus system but honestly, nothing like having your own car!

Because everyone says waiting tables is the holy grail but it can be a different story in real life because shifts need to be covered and its not always easy to relax living by the dollar by the day . I used to live in East Point down the street from there off of Headland. I grew up there.. That area is highly underrated. I worked at Ruby Tuesday across the street...it was slow a lot
