The title is "The Best Plan B Passports", I can understand Portugal, Ireland, and Austria (you could have even added Malta there). However, I don't think that Turkey and Honduras match the title

With which countries Honduras has a treaty about dual citizenship? Otherwise it's a big no-no! Who wants to live in Honduras anyway? However Utila and Roatan are not bad, if you don't go to mainland.
