Your plant game has stepped up, IMHO. The plants have always been high quality but my last two orders have been beautiful. Colorful and super healthy and they blasted off in my tanks like gangbusters. Two maybe three weeks later and I already have to perform a considerable large trim. 👏👏👏🫡

When I ordered plants, soil supplements, & hard scape, all came packed very well!! I had some of my plants do very well, and others did not make it. I think some of the problems might have been from some of my fish digging up the plants!

Speaking of plants. FF, I recieved some Marsilea Crenata Dwarf (edit: the common name is Four Leaf Clover) from your shop recently that came in looking and smelling pretty dead, seems like there was some kind of rotation error or something. I don't mind; I didn't realize it would look relatively weedy in my specific habitat and my shrimp are cleaning it up fine, but I thought you ought to know for your own quality control. The 7 other species I bought from you arrived just fine and are acclimating well. Even with the deceased plant, I still consider myself to have gotten a good deal in your shop.

I am happy to replace doa plants. The clover drops leaves but will grow back from the root. Be sure to plant it.

I'm used to crypts, so plants turning to goo because they're upset is expected around here, it's just that I've never had a green plant come in all brown before. I just thought it would be helpful for you to know so you can double check and fix any errors in your process so all your plants come in as beautifully as the other species I received.

Ordered from him, half of what I ordered was all the same thing, and I was supposed to get 15 species each on two packages. The only part I was satisfied with was the cabomba, and the baby tears. DONT BUY FROM HERE. THEY WONT EVEN RESPOND WHEN YOU EMAIL BACK.👎
