As someone who was never athletic who started going to the gym the nervousness was the worst part but what helped for me is having good headphones and a playlist i enjoy and taking pre-workout it helped me first have energy to go and second get so wrapped up in doing my own workout or just going with some also does wonders to help

Great video, as for the paragraph at the start, listen if tou want to get into better shape just go for a walk every now and then or a run, it soesnt have to be long or short just do what you can do then a little extra, same for weights, dont shoot for the moon right away. If you dont feel comfortable going to the gym thats fine most people arent, just get a proactive friend to drag you there and you will slowly get more comfortable.

It ain't about the equipment, it's all in the technique. A couple dumbbells, a bench, and either a treadmill or bike for cardio is all you need to work every muscle group at home muh dude. After the initial gains you'll probably feel more comfortable doing your thing in gyms

@@ranting2daMAX Both instances are in the last level of the game, the city. In the first area there's a cop who needs help tracking down a criminal. You help him by sniffing out the criminal's scent, and turns out the criminal's locked himself in a building and the officer can't get in. You need to parkour over some boxes and hanging platforms to get to a side entrance. From there you have to get to the ground level and sneak past the criminal to unlock the front door and let the cop in. However, you need to do this all as the cop's dog, as either Jake can't make the same jumps or makes too much noise when trying to get by and will get shot. If the criminal notices the cop's dog then he shoots it too. The second time is in another area of the city. Another criminal has just got done robbing someone's home, then he spots you and draws his gun. If you try to approach him as Jake (or any other dog) then you'll get shot. I never figured this out as a kid, but you need to take control of another dog, bark out of the guy's line of sight to draw his attention away so he moves from his spot, then race up to steal his bag and return it to the same cop from earlier. Jake never really dies since you only hear a gunshot and it fades to black and puts you back to the beginning of the area (with I think your health lowered all the way down.) Still an absolutely horrifying idea to introduce to 3 year olds though, little me was in tears because of the fear that Jake's death would be on my hands
