Tbh I haven’t used the waves ones as much, but from what I have used, fab filter is still better imo. The interface looks better, and they usually have more granular controls.

Unfortunately not. The FabFilter plugins are actually significantly more expensive for Mac than they are for iPad, and you have to buy them separately.
