They will just be stuck on the end of each video as a bonus, I'm not organised enough to save them all away!

Hey Andy, have you ever considered doing a session inside in a pool or a big fish tank (2-3 m deep water) to show how the different shotting patterns behave if you lay down the rig at one point or flipping/slapping it ahead or sideways? I understand the explanation how the second rig falls, but is there any major difference between laying the rig down at one point and let the whole rig spread just like at the waggler when you stop the cast to make sure all the rig is behind the float?

Nice vid. How deep would you fish those rigs though?

Hello andy great vid Do you fish that tapered bulk dead depth or do you fish it slightly overdepth ?
@philipbeales51323 жыл бұрын
Would you use bigger heavier floats for deeper water upto 13ft with same shoting patterns thanks
@WinningWays3 жыл бұрын
Just scale it up or down depending on the venue. But always worth having both set up 👍🏻

The deepest water i ever fished was 13ft, or at least i thought it was, till i realised there was a crack in my waggler, I was actually about 8 foot overdepth 🤣🤣🤣

Why not use a 6mtr whip to hand ?? My local canal is 11' deep so a 1.5gr pencil float with an olivette 3' from the hook with two No.10 stotz as droppers works lovely.

This lad is a brilliant angler and has proved how good he is over the years. Its a shame he seems to be, how can i put this. under the wing of Jamie Hughes. its such a shame because this guy has much to give and not all of us think Jamie Hughes is the best. Dess Shipp Tommy Pickering Alan Scotthorne. These are allrounders and so is Andy May. He can fish a river and that is the best way to show your skills. Keep the videos coming Andy. Don’t think anyone (other than maybe Andy himself being far too modest) would put anyone under anyones wing. But at the same time being willing to listen to other anglers, take on new and different ideas is how you can advance your own fishing. And we’ve got some more natural venue filming planned this year to look forward to 👍🏻
