NOTE on the table at the end charge time should be hours and minutes, not minutes and seconds.

Dude what?! For real?!!! The amount of time, effort, and money put into this channel, this video, to review such a unique and niche product, mad respect! Probably the most underrated KZbin channel ever.

9:30 Wait... So what order are they in? You just put 3 models on the table and called them "1st, 2nd, 3rd". Are you going left to right? Your left or ours? Just want some clarification. Seems like the Roytoa won, but if so, that's even more confusing. Why is it in the middle? We were talking about this in our Production Crew live stream, and the general consensus was that you were going for an "olympic" layout, with 1st in the middle, 2nd on "our" left, and 3rd on "our" right.
@Tools-Tested2 ай бұрын
lol, yeah I was going for Olympic pedestal ranking, I should probably add a pedestal. The middle is first Roytoa, second on the left Fanttik and third on the right XCOOl.
@Ba1aamsdonkey28 күн бұрын
@@Tools-Tested this was a great video. I was also confused about the order. It would be cool if you left the name of the thing you were using in the screen in the corner. It works also be great to have chapter markers.

Awesome review, nice to see other Project Farm type channels with great video quality, honest down to earth and realistic reviews! And really nice find of the Roytoa. I usually ignore Amazon's recommendations, if not for you I'd have totally missed out on this one.

Awesome review! Would also be nice to see some extra tests such as do they roll down a slope, brightness of the LED, weight, slipperiness during use, and testing a few of the included bits for strength. Went ahead and grabbed the ROYTOA since it's currently at a significant discount, even though I have way too many precision screwdrivers (manual ones) already. Hard to pass by an interesting tool...

I currently have the Fanttik E1 Max, and it has been great. I love being able to charge it without taking it out of the case, thanks to the USB-C port on the back of the unit. I have the iFixIt tool kit but wanted something electric that would fit right into my mini tool kit. Just like the Roytoa, I do wish the bottom of the inner bit holder was magnetic to stick to metal objects; that would have been the icing on the cake.
@Tools-Tested2 ай бұрын
Yep it would have been nice if the base was magnetic.

One thing I'd like to see is a quick test to see if they can charge from USB C chargers. I'm running into a lot of small brand electronics that have a USB C charge port but won't work with a USB C power source. They will only charge from USB A to USB C cables.
@BrandoMotion2 ай бұрын
I can confirm the Fanttik E1 Max does charge via a USB-C to C cable via my charge bank and wall plug.
@rafflesmaos2 ай бұрын
Confirmed today that ROYTOA works with C to C charging.

That is an impressively comprehensive suite of tests. I wish I had that data when I bought my Miniware ES15. This could be the canonical precision electric screwdriver video if the product selection was a bit broader. Let's hope Tools Tested get enough subs and likes to a go and buy a wider selection that does justice to building that test rig.
@Tools-Tested2 ай бұрын
I will add it to the list for a part 2! Yeah wish I could do more, hopefully the subs and views increase in 2025!

I’m not really interested in the torque on these as I am in how easy they are to control. In bigger electric screwdrivers I hate the models with no variable rpm. The on-off drive is not my favourite. Is it a factor in these as well?
@Tools-Tested2 ай бұрын
Yeah it's about the same in these small ones, not much if any variation in the speed between modes and the drive button is off-on.

Which one do you recommend to build my first PC? It doesn't matter if it's a model that is not in the video, but it must be magnetic tipped.

I’ve heard good things about the Vessel Ball Grip electric screwdrivers. Different form factor, but the standard “220 usb” model supposedly makes 2 Nm. Would love to see you test it.

Hi, Great review! I have the Fanttik NEX E1 MAX, which I mainly use for all my electronics projects. Honestly, it’s good enough for my needs, but it’s definitely not designed for heavier applications. Perhaps a follow-up could include devices like: - CreationSpace CS0702A - Xiaomi Precision Electric Screwdriver - ARROWMAX M1 Pro - Miniware ES15S - check out StoneLab's review after 8 months of use; it might not be worth reviewing at such a high price. CreationSpace and ARROWMAX offer multiple models in their catalogs. By the way, the STREBITO ST017 is the same as the KAIWEETS ES21 and is also sold under the brand Galacok 68-in-1 Electric Precision Screwdriver Set, as well as likely under other less-known brands.

If Fanttik is a good brand for cordless drivers... there's the Fanttik S1 Pro 16-in-1 Multi-Bit Cordless Electric Screwdriver is on sale at Costco -$9.00 off till 12/25. This is a non-precision bit driver.

please add if the tool can charge with a usb c to usb c cable. Many times very low power small battery usb c devices will only work with a usb-a to usb-c cable. I always try to stay away from these usb-c devices that only work with a usb-a to usb-c cable.
