🌲Roll Call: What Is Your Favorite Winter Camping Method? Hot Tent, Camper, Car Camp, Cabin? Lets Hear 'Em 🏕

I’m getting older and my back just said it’s time for a pulk. Hot tent camping out of a backpack leaves me little for those comfy extras. I’m getting to the age where I want some comfy extras 🤣! Thanks for sharing your build!

I hear that, once you do its hard to go back!

Thank you for all this! A photographer over here love doing nature sick and tired of carrying stuff on my back! If I may add one thing, on the nuts I would add a little bit of lock tight! This way nothing jiggles loose.

Great video. What belt/harness do you use?

Thanks! I just clip the carabiners into my waist belt of my pack. I use either a Vanquest Trident or Military Medium Molle II Pack both have very strong webbing on the waistbelt.

Thank you for this video. I'm doing the same thing, got the sled 50% off at REI, got my poles, channels, and harness from skipulk, and now I'm working on the tie downs. Are these the Large or Small eyelets as linked in the description?

Glad it helped you out! That is awesome you are doing a build, and scored with the sale. Your gonna live having a pulk. The tie downs are the “Small Eyelets” on the amazon link. I will go in and note that on the description. Thanks for the comment And hope you have an Adventure!

@@angryowloutdoors Thank you for the swift reply! I looked and looked and tried to convince myself I was looking at 3" long eyelets in this video but the smalls just seemed more like it. Thank you too for the confirmation on the pole and channels purchase from SkiPulk. I looked at a bunch of DIY concepts and decided I would go to the pros and purchase a tried and true system rather than enter my own iterative pulk technology development program for the next 5 years, lol.
