One thing that improved my vertical pulling was tucking in the elbows. Not important which grip and which width. By tucking the elbows in, you transfer the tension from the middle upper back to the lats which are the largest and strongest back muscle. Better muscle up .. better front lever.

Have you ever tried a Westside Barbell-structure of programming for weighted calisthenics? If yes, what did you find out? If no, do you think it might be a good idea?

I use conjugate programming a lot. Not very close to the westside one, but similiar general idea. =)

I have been plateauing on my pullups for about 6 months. Now I am doing Wave loading 9 weeks block. If it doesn't work I Will hop on your program. Looking forward to it

Thank you so much that was the video I was looking for. I have a question, I'm streetlifting athlete and my main goal is obviously increasing PR at pull up and dip. Do I need to do about 20 sets per week only in these movements or do rows and curls are included for this? How much set would be optimal for these asistance exercises? 2 or 3?

I also want to know this, and when to use paused reps, how many sets of accessories for hypertrophy but not too much to recover etc.

Don't make it too complicated. Start with something, and adapt from there. Depending on your previous history, you should have a good estimation how much volume worked. The values of 10-20 sets per movement pattern are just orientation.
