Here is an AMAZING and DELICIOUS pumpkin punch, made with spices. Serve over ice!!
INGREDIENTS-
Piece of pumpkin
Water to boil pumpkin (about 4 cups - 1 qt)
Milk ( 2 cups)
Carnation milk- 1/4 tin
Condensed milk ( 1/2 tin or 1 whole tin...depends on sweetness level)
Cinnamon stick - 1
Cloves - 5
Bayleaf - 1
Whole nutmeg - 1 (grate some)
Angostura Bitters ( 3 dashes)
Peel Pumpkin and slice thinly.
Add water to pot and cover and boil pumpkin for about 30 minutes on HIGH heat.
Take off heat, pumpkin should be very soft to the touch.
Take out ALL spices from the pot.
Pour cooked pumpkin and all liquid from pot into a blender.
Add milk, condensed milk, carnation milk, angostura bitters and grated nutmeg.
BLEND until smooth, about 1 minute.
Pour into a glass and SERVE OVER ICE.
