The information provided in your videos is of very high value, as the imagination of many athletes is constrained by dogmas and stereotypes that have formed around the fitness industry, bodybuilding, and workouts, preventing them from thinking creatively. By taking your experience into account, one can greatly expand their training plan. Thank you for your creative approach to workouts!

I wonder what is your take on legs. I know a lot of people say you can't quite build massive legs without weights, however, just some functional and aesthetic legs with maybe a backpack/weight vest I believe is doable
@snahendumajumder44327 ай бұрын
you can build some decent leg size doing sissy squats and pistol squats....but they need to be done using slow tempo and taking support to eliminate the balance aspect. And band assisted nordic curls are more than enough to build hamstring muscles. Other than that, you can do bulgarian split squats with a backpack....those are pretty much the options when you have limited equipment.

I can do all the gym stuff you posted and kind of heavy but I can’t do a pull up even if my life depended on it. What do I do? I don’t know if my form is shit, if I’m too heavy to do them… I don’t know

@@magalicareddu855 I’ve tried that :( months and months and months… I can do a Pulldown at the gym machine with more than my own bodyweight but still not a single freaking pullup… heavy one arm rows, barbell rows, pullovers and everything. Band assisted pull-ups, negatives,different grips, different hand placements (close, shoulder width, wide)Not a single pull-up when unassisted by the band. I even tried losing weight to make it easier! Not a single one
