I feel like you should just make a ramp that gradually gets higher and higher with no top on it. And then everyone goes up it as far as they can before they chicken out and you mark where each tire lands and said owner of the truck gets to sign the ramp at that spot. Then it's the most ultimate bragging rights ramp with a combination of a great flexing truck, and no fear of rolling. And then you could take it to truck shows and whoever beats the top score with their truck gets $100. That'd make it way more interesting.

I forgot you had swaybars. It only takes a couple of minutes to disconnect them and then hook them back up. But if I were you I'd be scared with the rear one disconnected that it might rip an airbag. Besides that, you have nothing to prove, like you said you didn't build it for rock crawling.
