First let me thank you from the bottom of my heart for educating people. Many many do not understand it or see the horrific signs So thank you a million times over. I was love bombed by a narcicist in front of my husband no less. I kept telling him that I do not cheat on my husband I do not want to date anyone but the bastard had no boundaries and kept going. So I took off. Thank G-D that I did not fall into the horrific scam. I want everyone to know about my experience because alot of them have no boundaries and do not take no for an answer. My husband and I literally had to go other places because we live in a small town Please everyone as soon as you see that they do not respect your boundaries get out. Is the best advice I can give anyone I hope that this will help others before they end up with these toxic people and end up going through he'll with them Watch out for the red flags the mirroring etc... Growing up, my mom took made my dad go to couples therapy with her. About 6 therapists all diagnosed him as a narcissist, to which he would insist that those trained professionals are crazy and move on. I just got out of a relationship with a woman who acted exactly like him. I lost a good chunk of my 20s to a relationship that I could never salvage. Hi Andrew, and everyone. I have no intentions of getting revenge on the narcs. I will not do this to myself, and actually never thought of it. We're here to HEAL and NOT seek revenge. It won't do you any good anyway. I'm an empath that only wants to live in Peace and to help others who need me. I'm a widow, had a great relationship with my husband. It was sudden and he passed during surgery. When I started to date I ended up with a man who always said I was the problem. I would go over and over in my head about how good my marriage was. How could I not make this work. Just like you said I googled a question and ended up here and on other videos. I know 100% that ignoring them really stings the Narcissist. When i was with the CN ex, he told me about a relationship where he had abandoned and let down a woman after buying a house with her. He couldn't accept responsibility for this horrible act. He made degrading comments about her and played the victim card, saying he was too young to be expected to take on that responsibility and he had wanted to go to university. Years later he bumped into the woman's father who blanked him. That clearly stung him deeply! I've seen him once since the discard and when he kept looking over I ignored him. He will never hear my voice or get any more attention or energy from me. I won't acknowledge fake, abusive people, period.

Joe, I much appreciate what you wrote 🙏. Many don't want to admit that they were drawn into narcissist reality, into a false reality, and that they often behaved like narcissists. This is what Andrew says he did things and said things he doesn't even want to remember. I felt it when narc tried to draw me into his hatred and contempt for my father. I almost felt the same. But he didn't succeed. I thought: "What is this 😮? (I felt that it was about energy). This is not ME. " Besides, I have never felt such contempt for anyone, let alone my father. My father didn't do anything to him. I blinked slightly, shook my head slightly as if I wanted to regain consciousness and quickly intuitively froze my face without saying a word. He saw it and felt it and slapped his hands lightly on his knees as if he thought: "I didn't succeed. "It's disgusting what they're doing 🤮. And when I write something like that, some persons here don't believe me , they think I'm making things up," I know what they're doing because I've experienced it, I've felt it, and I can relate it to the theory.

Wasn’t sure about title of this video. Glad that I watched it. Don’t people who’ve had their lives ruined by narcs deserve something that approximates justice? This is a crime. A vicious, coordinated, persistent form of cruel abuse - unimaginable abuse if you’ve never experienced it. It’s human torture - that by some sick design manages to go under the radar. I think the collective we has an obligation to protect individuals, help restore lives, stop individuals and groups who engage in NA. It’s not enough to simply go no contact, which doesn’t particularly work well when children are involved. It worked for 2 decades with my ex because my parents have narcissistic traits. Their relationship was extremely disfuncional. At a young age I wished them to separate. So it feels like I been program to live this way. I never knew what I was up against with my ex. Untill, I started to stop feeling like a victim and starting healing. After struggling with one after another narcissistic relationships, I lost my mind… I was so angry and frustrated with myself and everyone around. I tried the reverse smear campaign. I was blasting them on Facebook, making videos and everything. It is SO embarrassing now. I ended up in psychosis, and hospitalized. The ex narc thought it was hilarious. He admitted when I was destroyed that it was his intention to destroy me. So smug, he was. He had won in his mind. Please if you get that angry, shocked, fearful, or distraught, seek professional help. Focus on your healing. It is never worth looking back, unless it is to learn and heal.

To seek revenge means your heart is heavy and it will get heavier if you seek revenge … because to seek revenge means we have to change our behaviour which is not normal behaviour to ourselves. To seek revenge causes unhappiness in ourselves and gives the narc grade A supply as they love to poke us enough to get reactions. Don’t do it to yourself. Just close the door walk awAy don’t look back.

I had moments of "revengful thoughts," but only in moments of short-lived anger, during the Rollercoaster ride of grieving. But I would never follow through. My conscience would not allow me any peace of mind if I were to act out those fleeting angry thoughts. I have learned that the best revenge is to walk away, permanently shut the door to the narcissists, have learned many lessons from the narc, about narcissism and about myself, healing and moving forward living my life, becoming a better me. I have NEVER been on a dating app, and I have no desire to be. Basic social media is a slimy enough place to be. I am enjoying my life, and I just found a cute wooden shelf at a local antique store in my little hamlet that wasn't very expensive to put my china set on. My daughter got it for me at a charity auction for a friend who has cancer. I am so proud of her and of my son and my 3 granddaughters... my beautiful grand-chicks. I'm pretty proud of my son-in-law, too. My daughter really picked a good man. I really am very blessed. 😊 And that, my friends, is the best revenge of all, being content and finding inner peace without the stress and abuse from the narcissists. They will reap the rewards of the seeds for which they sow. I have nothing but pity for them. Having animosity in my heart and soul will only hurt me, not them. 😊

My ex sent photos of my backyard and my dogs to her new victims from the dating app. Even he said he was budist for 30 years when in reality he was atheist. His target was Asian women all ages. Unbelievable this monsters.

Wonderful video..I broke up with a guy last Feb of 2022..It took me all of that year and part of Jan to get my things out of his house .. you know for many years i was focused on revenge and i realized that was the worst thing i can do for myself. so instead of trying to get my ex friend to write my character out of her storyline i disengaged and began focusing on healing myself. i began to heal and feel much better about things. my ex friend on the other hand is too busy waving that stolen character around and makes sad posts about how nobody is talking to her anymore when she can't get me to argue with her. then it hits me. if you want revenge go heal and work on yourself. karma will take care of the rest.
