This recipe turned out SOO delicious! ❤️ I added baby potatoes, onion, baby carrots instead of the regular sized carrots, mushrooms and used boneless skinless chicken thighs. Made a butter and olive oil mix and it turned out one of the best dishes I've ever made! Wish I could include pictures! 🙂

I have made many roast chickens over the years, but I love your "take" on a classic recipe! The compound butter with lemon zest and herbs! The roasted lemon, the fennel....I want to try this! Thank you for NOT peeling your carrots, too. We raise our own and I refuse to peel them because you're just eliminating vitamins and flavor. Do you raise your own fennel? Thank you so much for your fun and instructive videos. Another winner, Kaleb!

Was that salted or unsalted butter you started with before adding the other ingredients? This is an easy recipe to follow, and looks very delicious. ☮️💟

He typically uses un-salted butter. I always use unsalted butter so that I can control the salt. Frankly.... I don’t know why they even make salted butter....
@WyseGuide2 жыл бұрын
That's correct - unsalted. Thanks!
