This is the watch my husband is getting. He loves it and this channel. Keep up your good work Jason.

This is the watch I’ve been waiting for. I know Pagani lume is generally rubbish and overlook that but the rest of it is spectacular. Can’t wait to get mine. You’ve definitely upped your game too, the B roll is brilliant.

I'm gutted, even with PD text on the dial I was onboard and then you showed the lume....I went from serious curiosity to a big "NO"....if they rectified your concerns then I'd definitely want to get one in hand....the potential is there, with the improvements in quality that we have seen over the last couple of years I know they'll get there eventually but it's almost like they're not wanting to fully commit....which is insane....come on PD we want to love you....🏴⌚🏴⌚

It's such a weird vibe from them because they seem to want to create better watches and really improve the brand but then they under commit and ruin themselves with things like that lume shot
@briancolyer8483 Жыл бұрын
It is unfortunate, my biggest concern for them is the longer it takes for them to fully commit they could end up losing the sales battle, the competition are generally delivering slightly better products....fingers crossed they pull out the stops....

I was kinda sold on it til that lume shot! I've been happy with every PD I've bought, considering their price point, the only gripe I've had about them was the Lume. I would happily pay the £50 extra for decent lume but to pay more than 3x what I paid for my 1st pagani (£44 for the daytona) and still have crap lume?? No chance

Hi Jason - The watch looks great but I do think they need to improve the lume it is shocking

It really is! Completely let me down

New to watches. What’s the big deal with lume? Anytime I’m wearing my watch, there is light. I don’t understand the point of the lume. My point is, is strange to see that if that is the only downside to this watch why that would deter people from it.

It says in their description that one of the improvements in this version of better lume😮😮

Would be interesting to see how this one compares with the recently released Steeldive SD1992 for about the same money.

G'day Jason, I recieved my 1762v3 the other day (31/05/23)and I have to say "WoW" it is Pagani's best, I have a lot of PD's. The lume is without a doubt the best still readable 4 hours of darkness. That's a shame the one you reviewed is terrible! It must have been made on a payday. I pickup up mine for Au$241 (£126) the cheapest I could find. At that price I though that I would be sent a version 2,but no it's definitely a v3 and I'm tickled pink with it.. That's for your reviews look forward to your next one.. HooRoo mate (Aussie slang)

I'm glad you got a good example! If I get the worst one each time then I'm alright with that haha! It's more important that people like you get to enjoy them. Thank you pal, have a good one 👍

Not sure this move up market is going too well. Bracelet, clasp and loom need improvement if they are serious. At £100 this would be a bargain at £150 I would be weighing up the Seestern. Sugess and San Martin NH34 options.

Good review. I have tried a real Explorer 2 and at 42 mm I can't wear it. The difference between my 1987 GMT master at 40mm and Explorer 2 is massive. Shame about the lume.

Got my pd1762. Zero lume on dial, faint hands. Return or refund.
@martinkavanagh196 Жыл бұрын
I've had the previous PD-1682 iteration with a different clasp and the much better looking Pearl movement for ages - very functional & no problems with it's lume either. - I'm not sure that the NH34 version is improved at all.

It's a bit curious. Most reviewers say the lume is way better. Of course I'd like to buy one and give you my own take and compare it to my TAG, but I kinda am trying to decide on if I should pick one up.

There are a lot of homages to this one but given what PD have done with much less previously I am not leaning towards this one. And the lume is nowhere near good enough.
@spx1416 Жыл бұрын
got to say, it looks like cheap tat. and is it me or is there an alignment issue with the gmt hand? with sugess and seestern coming through i think PD are getting left behind
@soggz4246 Жыл бұрын
Hi Jason. Hope your all well up there. Nice watch, but the lume is just a waste of time. Wonder why they don’t put a real good lume on their watches, like other homage companies do? I wouldn’t pay £150 for it, even if the lume was better. Maybe £80 at a push? After all…it’s still just a Pagani… All the best 👍🏾😉 (I’ll give you £30.00 for it, as it’s all scratched up…😉)…

The lume alone kills this stone dead, in no way premium. A really terrible omission from PD.
