mattiekitty .... i too prefer practical to gifts just to give a gift rubbish. And before anyone jumps on me , I get the thought that counts but if they thought they would know me well enough not to just get me a present because it’s my birthday or whatever .... I would rather they save their money and the planet or see it as an IOU and get me something when they know I need something !

Hey Jackie, you asked about whether we are (I am) a morning person. I am definitely not. I was a night nurse for 12+ years, and though I don't stay up all night long anymore, it's usually between midnight and 2am before my head hits the pillow. I wake between 830-10am... best not to bother me nor make loud noises prior to me having my tea... this quote says it best: "I need silence in the morning. HAPPY BIRTHDAYYYYY!!!! ♡♡♡ Hope you had tons of fun and cereal! 🤣 🤔 Favorite anime character... I dunno... Sailor Saturn / Hotaru came to mind first... But, I don't really have a favorite. Favorite movie, song, and band however I can tell you right away! Mean Girls for the movie and Wheel in the Sky from Journey for song and band... But I can't really pin down a favorite anime or character. Sailor Moon is definitely in my top 5 anime... And it is definitely the most influential anime for me. It is what got me into anime all those years ago. I remember seeing an episode even before it was on Toonami on a network here in the states... I think it was USA Network... I remember seeing the full intro song and was all like 😲 I was so excited when I got to see it again on Toonami! I think for people my age DBZ and Sailor Moon was their gateway into anime. NO REGERTS!!!

I am a big morning person - I have a very set routine (I'm autistic and routine is super important to me) and I have to get everything done by 11am, before I feel I can start the day. That includes feeding, cleaning and caring for my many animals. I don't really have a social circle AT ALL, but my family know me well. And that's saying something, as my obsessions and loves are very intense but they change every year or so. I think my parents have got me a humidifer for Christmas...that makes me sound so old Haha but it will be great for helping me sleep at night and also for my 150+ houseplants in my bedroom 🖤 I'll shut up now... Happy birthday Jackie! Also funny story about gifts... When I was little my mom saw a huge box under the Christmas tree that was from my dad. She was super excited to see what it was, but when she opened it she just saw a giant fishing rod. My mom was really confused bc she doesn't fish or anything, but my dad later revealed that he knew my mom wouldn't like it and give it back to him. It was basically an excuse for my dad to get an expensive fishing rod for himself 😂
