I have 5-7 year old running clothing form Nike at home. I want to start running again and wonder if the old gear is still sufficient or did clothing also change dramatically like shoes?

A way to save money is to buy running clothes that you would also use as normal everyday clothing. This means avoiding traditional bright running clothes colors. Maybe you should make a video about this it is also better for othe environment.

What?!? You don't wear bright clothes all year round? A black pair of shorts maybe, but otherwise you need a bit of 'pop' in your life. Agree with multi use clothes- who really needs pants.
