No. It is like first come first serve system. You grab a wooden marker that belongs to each onsen and go. We explain how it works in the video

Hi there, yes there was a toilet in the room. The room we booked, it only had a semi outdoor shower next to the hot tub though.

The nearest bus stop is Hotel Zen Bus Stop. The bus i am not sure on but we did get on at the Odawara Station
