Everything you said was facts! Especially when it comes to setting appointments for prospects. They can't close at all!!! So as a result they end up leaving the business. It puts a lot of stress on the business owner because you're going to have to over work yourself to help them close clients and you're still not making enough for the work that you're doing. B&R to the moon babyyyy!

What if the niche you’re in doesn’t need VA’s or closers? Does this model not work at all for agencies who serve blue-collar niches?

It should work with anything, as long as you can identify things they need to do that they aren't doing well, and you can figure out a way to do it better. For example, you could automate things they do that takes them hours, that you can make their system do in minutes or seconds. Also, if they have no system, and you can see a system and you can document it and hopefully you can automate it too. There may be several things you can do that they're not doing well and they will pay for. The other important thing is that you need to raise the ticket price. Because if your sale to them is only worth $500 or $1000 to them, you may not be able to make enough money. But, if your ticket is $1000 per month and you can get them to pay you $3000 upfront, if the cost to you is only a few hundred dollars, but you can get 100 clients and the time you put in is small, it may be worthwhile, and you've helped a lot of people. Then you can use the knowledge and skills you gained to move into a different industry where there is more money available..
