to jump higher just do some plyometrics

i know im not Conner but at the start of every session just work on it for 5-10 mins i recommend looking at modern day gk

Different stuff you can work on! Plyometrics and Gym Work can help with jump height. Also, getting lots of reps in at training to improve reading the flight of the ball/timing of your jump. And then finally, adding in competition in the box to work on taking it under a challenge!

I just try to keep moving as much as possible! The Kaliaaer gloves have always helped to keep them warm!

Hi Juan, have a look at my video from this year - it's on the channel - that should show you how I make it! But in general you should include your Video, CV, transfermarkt link if you have one, and a bit of a cover letter to explain a bit about you!

I'm 1.83, you have to try and work on the areas that you can control, and be the best at those areas! Speed & footwork are key too!
