That penalty decision was one of the most shocking things I've seen a referee done in a match. The foul is clearly outside the penalty area, but it's hard for the referee and we don't have VAR either, so it's a hard decision

The amount of time the linesman took to decide to call the ref over shows he obviously wasn't certain and his angle is always gonna make it look like it's inside the box if it's on the edge. Seriously surprised the ref listened to him there,poor from both officials.

Nice video, and want to shed light on a few points: - Really happy for you having been able to play in a really iconic venue. Guess it's one of the biggest privileges of the sport. - You mentioned that Stockholm stadium's ground is grass, so does that mean that all the other stadium grounds you played on in this league are Astro turf??? - Really disappointing loss I can tell, and that penalty awarded to the home team was UNFAIR because everyone could see that the TACKLING HAPPENED OUTSIDE the box despite the attacker falling inside the box (the linesman could seriously use an eye test if you ask me!). - Want to applaud you for coming out of position to help the team get the equaliser in the dying minutes despite the third goal. In such situations, gambling is necessary so BRAVO for showing gutsiness!

Love your Videos, You've helped me improve alot in such a small amount of time, I was wondering if wearing your gloves when there still wet ( after washing ) can damage them at all, or if it causes any side affects. I usually wait for them to fully dry but it being so wet all the time at the moment they havent always got time to dry. Any answers would be appreciated

I don't think it damages them, but I'm not sure they will have the same performance. I normally wash them in the shower directly after using them, and then hang them up to dry overnight - they are normally dry the next day!

Try breathing in for 6, hold for 3, out for 6 - helps bring your heart rate down. Also, make sure your self-talk is positive - keep telling yourself that you are excited to play, rather than nervous for example - it's very important how you talk to yourself!
