So the citizenship by "investment" is actually buying the passport? Are you literally giving the country your money in exchange for the citizenship, or are you investing in business ro real estate that is your own, but that is a growth of industry/commerce for the country in question? I must be dense. Thanks. It's probably further along in your book (that I am currently reading BTW).
@redfoxsecurity33342 жыл бұрын
You’re only a little bit dense, Rob. The details vary depending on which program you choose. Typically for Caribbean 🌴 CBI programs, you have the option of making a donation to the government or buying some (overpriced) government approved real estate 🏡.

@@TheRealAayCole first of all, I'm a woman!😂😂 It's actually quite easy to get residence then citizenship in places like Mexico and other south American countries. Too many Caribbean countries bow to the USD and right now we are seeing countries looking to divest from it as a central currency. Think about it this way, which passport is more powerful? Which economy is more stable? Which one has to rely on the US? In Jamaica they import too many things and bypass local manufacturing because of stupid deals from previous government from decades ago and food prices are outrageous. I look around in my house and absolutely everything in my fridge, cupboard, down to the glass is manufactured in Mexico. Even the soap i use, all the condiments. In Canada even in the summer all the fruits and vegetables in Loblaws is imported from Mexico and South America bypassing locally produced! Even if they have locally grown it's always insanely expensive. Mexico is diverse, at no point what so ever have I experienced racism, in major cities I bump into people from all over the world who are professionals. Mexico was never on my list until Andrew kept talking about it and then I started interacting with people and then I came for myself and don't want to leave.
