Blue Iris is a video surveillance software program designed for Windows computers. It allows users to view and record live video from IP cameras, webcams, and other video capture devices. It also features motion detection, remote access, alerts, and other features.
You can have up to 64 cameras in Blue Iris and it can run on almost any modern PC. I personally use a refurbished PC to run the software that works great and saved me a bunch of money.

IMHO I think it is the best I have used/tried and with the now addition run AI locally I get almost no false alerts.
