Ingredients:
1) - 1 pound of shrimp built and deveined
2) - One cup of coconut milk
3) - 1 tablespoon of curry powder
4) - 2 teaspoons of garlic paste
5) - one teaspoon of ginger paste
6) - one teaspoon of salt
7) - 1 teaspoon of sugar
8) - 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
Preparation
1) Hit the oil in a large skillet over a medium heat add the garlic paste and Ginger paste and cook for one minute add the shrimp, curry powder, salt and sugar, and cook for 3-4 minutes or until the shrimps are pink and cooked through.
2) Add the coconut milk and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce is slightly thickened serve over rice or with naan bread for delicious and healthy meal.
