You can only play mods on a PC desktop/laptop or Mac. Most mods can be dropped into the premade mod folder under the folders. You have to enable mods and script mods in settings. There are many videos on KZbin that can teach you. I search the sims 4 mods often on KZbin. The modding community really saves this game.
