I'm having issue with siri on device :/ when i bring my iphone far away/turning it off, when i try to use siri on the AWU2 , it shows "siri not available offline"

Interesting, I’m not having that issue. On device Siri is supposed to be on by default for devices that support it. Are you updated to the latest versions of iOS and watchOS?

I know the new internals are supposed to be faster but in most all comparison videos are showing very little difference in fact on some the first gen out performs the 2nd version. As for double tap like yourself I see very little interest in this. Definitely not worth the extra to upgrade from first version

I had U1 and now U2 and yes, there is no difference. Battery maybe 5 - 10% better. I bought it only because they were in a nice discount on black Friday. Buy U1 for better price.
