Cakeshare, my recipe for the best snickers cake! ASMR
Experiment and relax at the same time listening to the noises generated by the kitchen and the preparations themselves, try to replicate my desserts by turning off any source of noise and enjoying the moment!

COCOA SPONGE CAKE:
3 eggs
70g sugar
85g cake flour
15g cocoa powder
50g milk
25g seed oil
3g baking powder
SALTED CARAMEL:
100g fresh cream
100g sugar
35g butter
2g salt
30g roasted peanuts
CREAM:
400g mascarpone
150g fresh cream
30g powdered sugar
GANACHE CHOCOLATE:
150g milk chocolate
75g fresh cream
40g peanuts
DOSES FOR: 6/8 PEOPLE
SPONGE CAKE TRAY DIAMETER: 16 cm
N.B: here is my latest proposal for this Easter, probably the tastiest and most captivating. I add an adjective! Explosive!
The preparation is very simple and does not require great skills. I want to say three key points so as not to have any kind of problem during the course. The first is on salted caramel! Be careful not to overcook the sugar, the taste could become bitter and I recommend adding the hot cream, stirring vigorously.
The mascarpone cream should not be too stiff so whip the mixture for a few minutes, it will be easier to fill the cake.
The cake must be stuffed in order to keep the salted caramel inside so try to dose the two preparations well.
Last but not least, wait about two hours before glazing the cake with the ganache and make sure the ganache is not too hot or will not adhere properly. Once galssata, leave the cake in the fridge to compact everything.
