Since they've made mods for the second half of the game, they should also make some for the first half. Heck, there were even mods made for the first half before it got bundled with the second half. Such as that Mystic Cave Mod and that Splash Hill Mod.

For Sonic: just replace the doom wings with a wind tornado of sorts and make his “chaos spear” a sonic wind and we’re definitely cooking. Shadow generations is honestly how all their platform level should play. If you have to push classic sonic then make is levels 2D and act 2 a mix of both featuring the mechanics from before boost like bounce, drift, drop dash, etc.
