As an Ele Shaman main flexing to demo lock... God Ele is so much fun. There's no better feeling in the game than becoming lava incarnate and just blasting out hundreds of lava bursts. Factor in the 2 aoe stops and shortest kick in the game and we're gaming hard. Our single target is actually respectable too - sure in long fights it suffers a bit but overall, massively slept on.

@@xDheNgzTxDit's not fun, but once you get used to how to spread it and refreshing your lava totem after every use, you'll realize it's not hard to spread at all. An addon that shows a grey flame shock on nameplate to show missing buff helps.

You must not really "main" Ele sham or you must not like having any variety in rotation, using 2 core buttons out of your whole kit INCLUDING your spenders, which have become more complimentary to abusing a bland rotation is not what I would call fun. Just wait till Ancestors from Hero Talents force you into that more and the spec slowly losing any lightning or other elements and furthers us from what a shaman actually should be as a class.

I’ve been playing elemental shaman as my main since Shadowlands. I can say with confidence that the novelty of the s3 tier lava burst build will wear off quickly once your realize you spam one button 90% of the time. Single target? Lava burst. Mael capped? Lava burst. AoE? Lava burst. No lava bursts? Cast earth shock or earthquake, but only to get lava surge so you can lava burst again. I definitely get that it looks fun from the outside and is probably fun for people new to the spec, at first. But in my opinion elemental shaman is in the worst state design wise that it’s been since I began playing it more heavily.

Gotta give the Narrator props for what I'm pretty sure was the proper pronunciation of "Xuen". The writers gave them a super awkward script for this episode though. That "segue" or lack thereof more like, from Outlaw to Ret, was so jarring I almost got whiplash. Plus, calling Rets without the Leggo "Non-Viable" is a tad harsh. The Leggo doesn't affect their off-healing or utility, and that is what helps people live these Keys with generous Timers. Would you prefer a Ret with the Leggo, but they never off-heal or support; or a Ret without the Leggo, but who uses their support nearly on cooldown? Which do you think would lead to the most Timed Keys?

Spotted a Ret without leggo trying to justify his existence. Just get the lego 4head You are not viable without Fyr' in higher keys, period. You are loosing out on 10-15% dmg overall and even higher in ST.

Yes you just have to know the proper rotation For 1-4 enemys while havoc is up. You chaosbolt as soon as its on cd and you have at least 3 targets you rain of fire. Just gotta swap depending if havoc is up or not

No thats Not true. U can play mistweaver as fistweaving so U have to do dmg or as regular mistweaver and only heal. Fistweaver is stronger tho 🙂

In raid you play a full caster playstyle, in mythic plus you play a full damage playstyle. You *can* do M+ using the cast playstyle but it is suboptimal

As a fury main, I gotta put our hat I. The ring here. Arms is really good right now. Don’t get me wrong. But if you’re a fury warrior, you are *still* a blender! I don’t care what the gigasweats and picky runners are doing in their sub +7 keys. Fury’s Ravager+Recklessness combo every 45 seconds is good burst for nearly every pack, and since your recklessness gives you a duration long enough to get your roar off on 6 hurricane stacks, you don’t need to worry about saving avatar outside of approaching bosses. You are a big angry blender, and that’s all you *need* the be to succeed. Don’t fall for the arms peer pressure. Keep your furious DDR fingers alive. Fury’s numbers are only bad on charts right now due to sample size.

Meld is nowhere near as valuable this season. Dwarf is the move since the racial is OP for S4 pool and the extra crit is OP for most dps and healers.

Real talk? Ele shaman is busted and boring. Imagine not using Lightning, Chain Lightning, or your spenders even as they're only there to exacerbate the busted rotation from S3 tier set. Even Stormkeeper is hardly used more as a filler or used on Lava Beam when you finally get a DRE proc. Stacking 80% mastery to abuse the problem of the tier set and build is just bland poor gameplay if you actually play it for more than 1 season "for funsies" because having Fire Build be a thing for 3 seasons and our Hero Talents with Ancestor making PWave more of a stick around problem, I'm not excited for the spec I used to once main.

Warrior brings so little. Things u said about warr utility is not unique. You bring rally which is nice but not required, no1 gonna invite a warr just because of rally. You bring a shout, but its useless in caster meta and thats all. Aoe and single target stun and fear is not unique, ww, Ret, lock, sp also brings one of these, as a warrior u never gonna talent that heroic throw absorb shield and immunity break thing since u lose too much dmg and there are no boss fights with immunity. Warr cant do the dispell and the CC affix while ww and ret can, etc etc. Warr brings 2 thing: rally and attack power shout. And until they dont change that, warr wont be meta, just an average dps. Thats why ww is better and ret is better, much more utility.
