If one finds swapping ammos to be too difficult in stressed situations, you can always stop aiming down sights to stop yourself from going into the crouch position for clusters as well. This can be helpful if you just want to focus on getting in better positioning without having to also worry you're on the right ammo type.

@@AngBata11 Not sure if someone else already figured this out but I was playing around with this and you actually don't have to aim to control the direction. Do the fanning maneuver and immediately push the movement stick to where you want to be. Which is probably left. But up, down and right also work. Then you can aim and shoot while sliding and let up on the aim button before the maneuver ends so you don't end up kneeling.

If it's sticky use bombardier. If its regular type ammo like spread or slicing use dango temper and dango marksman. Temper should be first then marksman if using regular types ammo. If sticky bombardier goes first.

Well, since Flinch Free 1 is kinda the new meta now, so it's their bad anyway :D. But yeah I am still surprised seeing people fly in endgame MR quests after I am launching clusters. I even made a special sticker as a kinda warning of what's incoming, but nobody reads them anyway :).

I read that it is kinda mandatory to have FF1 in order to deal with any LS friends doing their combos while I am trying to get that wyvernfire with my HBG (almost impossible, because I swear they are everywhere swinging those swords), and thought that it kinda worked vice versa with me and my clusters against them :D. Well, at least I am sending them a warning sticker :).

I know it sounds dumb and off meta, but do you think you could try getting a part Shrapnel build working? Maybe something like Ibushi since it has both rapid Shrapnel and Spread 2? Or HBG format. Im guessing thats just a slightly modified spread build though. Thank you for the builds.

Do a rapid sticky build with the Teostra LBG. It has rapid sticky 1 and rapid shrapnel 2. Use fanning vault as one of your switch skills. Get a stun via the stickies, then use fanning vault to place the wyvernblast on the monster's parts that you want to break. Shrapnel will always hit the mines if they're anywhere within the cone.

There is just no point in building specifically for shrapnel outside of rampage gong, but it's still absolutely useful. I made a max RF/Spread Ibushi set with high crit and the shrapnel is a fantastic filler for when a monster is facing away or just moving around, particularly in multiplayer. Counting the non weakpoint hits, it basically amounts to 1/4 of a RF Spread 2 shot, but as always uptime is king and you would be using it when you couldn't hit a proper spread anyway so it's still a gain. Particularly on afflicted monsters with weakpoint all over the body that you probably wouldn't be shooting much anyway.

Rely on Fanning Vault(with wirewhisp-3) and drop mines on their head with Trueshot 2 to do massive damage with Shapnels, lots of fun too

I was a fan of this gun even back in HR as a hipster niche pick over the meta. Sure slow reload on sticky 3 sucked but it was moving on low recoil without needing silencer meaning the raw for those stickys was closer to Anja and substantially higher than Magnamalo while also firing backup ammo better than Anja thanks to more manageable negative affinity, better Normal/Pierce clips. and two elemental ammos. Para was clean too which neither of the other guns had. Glad to see its actually good now with being able to do fast reload w/ tune up.

Can this (or the slicing previous video) even hold up in endgame anomaly hunts? I feel like you'd run out of ammo, craft more, and still run out long before the monsters are even half dead. Uh huh... I somehow missed this one. Now, I need to craft another LBG, lol. Yesterday I completed almost all endgame RF pierce elemental LBG builds (except for Magmaldron, cause for some reason I just cant get the Mantle drop after tens of hunts), and I am so far loving these builds. Also loved the rapid fire slicing Seregios build. The endboss spread build was kinda brutal DPS wise, but gosh I am not that comfy being so close to endgame monsters. Thank You for You work and You are also really great at explaining things in Your videos.

Hi Bata! I tried Reload Speed 3 with Tune up 1 (Did not add any mods to the bowgun as well) but still I did not get the fastest possible reload for this bowgun (Sticky 3 still in Slowest Reload). I do not know if I missed anything regarding this.

Menu > Item pouch The order of the ammo is the same as the order of ammo you're carrying in your pouch. Then just move Clusters next to Sticky. Don’t forget to save the loadout after you done. FYI, item bar also works the same way.

Sunbreak made it so when you knock out the monster it gets back up quicker the more you knock it out. Sticky alone will knock it out but slugger is just overkill now because after knocking the monster out a few times it just gets back up super quick.

And here i am enjoying my 10k wyvern eye snipes with diablos hbg xd Idk if it was buffed in sunbreak but wyvern eye can legit hit for up to 10k with the right build It feels so satisfying to throw that flashbomb , get set up with rising moon and setting sun , take a demon drug and just BLAST the monster into the astral dimension 😂

Yes, thats the way to do it... some of us on Mouse and Kbd cant jump around so easily but we like the HBG as we can sit behind a shield and guard, then continue firing.. I havent seen Angbata do a HBG using rising moon and setting sun

and remember, with switch skills, you can swap to fanning vault and launch clusters from above if you find it easier to aim. ...honestly i’ve actually found vault to be useful when using slicing if you really want that tail, but that darn monster keeps looking at you instead of flashing its butt at you; gets you to the other side quickly. could also use the wyvernblast counter to keep to the boom boom theme. does Special Ammo Boost work with the counter? 🤔
