@@chrischo4775 I'll tell you my personal story. I was an elementary school student in rural Korea in 1989. One day, when I was waiting for a bus with my friends to go to school, the American soldiers passed by in an armored car. A soldier threw chocolate at us. We didn't look at the chocolate that fell to the ground, we only saw the soldier's facial expression. A lot of time has passed, but I can't forget how I felt at that time. I thought it was "What the hel"l, but I didn't say anything. Of course, no one picked up the chocolate. The IMF classified Korea as an advanced country in 1991. The World Bank and the United Nations have also classified Korea as an advanced country since 1996. Perhaps the younger generation, born in the 2000s, is not familiar with the old days of Korea. They were born when Korea was rich and developed. Rather, the younger generation of Hongdae, Gangnam, Myeongdong, and Haeundae will think that foreigners are tacky. (Don't get me wrong. Lisa and Josh are wonderful and beautiful!) This is why I am surprised by the change speed of Korea

The cinnamon flour is added in a hotteuk as well. You can get a hotteuk (making)in package at the supermarket if you want to try to make for yourself. The thing is that Hotteuk is cooked right in front of you so it's really hot. It sometimes can burn your lips and more. Btw, after Songjeong beach onwards (to the east), the most beautiful and hidden side of coast appears. I love to take a drive there whenever I visit Busan. I'm glad you visited Haeundae area and wish you guys enjoyed. Have a wonderful trip. 🙏🍀

@@LisaAndJosh no need to be sorry! It's just how Korean English is spelled.
