My heels touched the floor!!!! MY HEELS TOUCHED THE FLOOR :D Still a beginner on my journey, and today for the first my heels (in downward facing dog) touched the floor ^.^ *success & progress*

Thank you so much! If it weren't for you Cassey, I would have never lost the weight or gained the strength! ^-^ I went from 150 to 130 lbs. !!!! You told me and many other POPSTERS to KEEP GOING so I never stopped. :)

Congrats! May I ask you how long did it take (if this offends you then it's ok if you don't wanna answer! I'm not trying to be rude, I'm just trying to figure out how I can lose weight too) and did you lose weight by following her beginner's calendar?

CoffeeLaLover technically it took me one year, but then I realized I wasn't giving it my all. I started to drop weight most in the last six months of the year, so really it was six months :) and since I posted that I lost 10 more pounds ^^ and I followed the normal calendar :) Keep in mind that I'm only 5'2" so 120 lbs is kind of average.

hi! sorry for the late reply, youtube is so confusing, it wouldn't let me reply to you and than i had to go on google plus and ahh! freaking youtube and it's changes :/ but really?! thanks! i'm about 5'2" and i'm trying to get down to 120 too! did you change any of your diet or anything? (sorry for creeping you out with so many questions!)

CoffeeLaLover Haha! That's totally fine :) I had a lot of questions too when I started out^^ And yeah, I did change my diet. It is commonly said that things dealing with weight (specifically weight loss) is 80% what you eat and 20% exercise :) But don't be too hard on yourself, because I was at first and it wasn't enjoyable. Just be cautious of what you eat and ask "will my body thank me for this?" And it's okay to eat junk food, but eat it in moderation, I usually allow myself one food a day that isn't "the best" or if I know I'm going out to eat, I allow that time to be the only day of the week, and I allow myself to eat a junkie MEAL :) I'm sure there is other advice on the internet as well^-^ Don't be afraid to ask more questions, and ask others as well because we all go through our own personal journey, and they all vary :) Good luck!

Aww, that final stretch when you lie back on your knees used to be the cool thing to do at school as the ultimate proof that you were 'double jointed!' It used to be so easy for me!!!! :(

Hey Cassey, I wanted to share this with you: I just did this video with my mother to finish today's workout. We stretched (Beach Stretches- I LOVE it I do it almost every morning). Then, we did your last beginners workout, because my mom is not so strong YET and yeah, then she wanted to stop. But I was like 'No, the next one is really cool and quick, maybe not easy but let's try' (The Pick me up quickie workout) and we did it! And then I convinced her to try the Hundred Workout with me. And she got through! And she didn't give up, and that's why I'm REALLY SO PROUD OF HER! Yeah, and then we stretched it out. YAY! And y'know, that's what you ALWAYS tell us: To NEVER GIVE UP. So thank you, and also because YOU made ME strong, I remember when *I* used to struggle with the Pick Me Up Arms part which I now master and the Hundreds WO in General! Yay again! Okay, I'm gonna finish now. Hope you have a great day!

Day 10 of the beginners 2.0 calendar. ♡ I wasn't flexible enough for 90% of this and ended up squirming around on the floor a lot. I also couldn't reach the floor on the first stretch and ended up balancing myself off the couch instead. 😂 I'll admit I'm a bit frustrated at myself today because I struggled a lot with some of today's workouts. Probably because I forgot to stretch before I began going through the videos, which didn't help my flexibility. I'm also frustrated at myself for waking up so late as I'm trying to wake up at a decent hour (I workout when I wake-up.. and I didn't wake up until almost 4 P.M.) Ah well. Tomorrow is another day. I'm not going to give up because I struggled today. ♡

Yeah my legs are not flexible at all. I just did a regular forward bend with no leg up, then a pigeon pose later, to get my glutes stretched out.

Reducing your weight isn't easy by any means, but There is a system that has enabled me to shed three dress sizes. And I'm not done shedding pounds yet. Should you have told me two months ago I possibly could lose weight without depriving myself or counting calorie intake day after day, I would not have believed you. TIP IF YOU KEEP FALLING OVER ON THE FIRST ONE: just do some basic hammy/calf stretches first (sit&reach, touch toes, butterfly knees....) to loosen your legs up a bit first. this helped me because my leg kept buckling when i tried to tip over 😄 hope this helps, fam!

I believe I missed the give away, but this routine felt SO good on all of my sore muscles! It was amazing!!! When we were stretching our quads, lying on the mat, sitting upright was too easy, but lying all the way back was too much strain, so I had to find a comfortable stretchy position to be in, which was a challenge! I feel taller and more flexible and relaxed and happy. Like some form of happy juice magically formed and flooded through my muscles!!! SO GOOD.perfect for this cold Colorado weather, because when I shiver I get tense, and that stretch just opened me up! Thanks Cassey!

Cassie I am SO thankful for what you are doing and what you've created. Blogilates/pop pilates has really changed my life. You make this working out-thing so fun and exciting, and I can see how genuine you are and how much you care about people! I don't think you get enough credit. I think a lot of people are self-centered.and I hope that the amount of people who do appreciate you and acknowledge all your hard work will motivate you to continue. You're not just my role model as it relates to fitness but also as it relates to life in general. Your enthusiasm and work-ethic is truly inspiring! hey Cassey im a beginner and this stretch routine was amazing! i decided to get back into shape because i had a back injury from bad posture and thought id try your workout calendars. just wanted to let you know how amazing i feel after every work out of yours and i miss your workouts on rest days!!! thank you for being so enthusiastic in all your videos, i love them all and i can already see results after the first week of the beginner calendar. love you! xxx

Done with Day 18 and I feel so good. Taking a shower and then do some stuff for uni! I rocked this day the whole way! Woke up early, did some stuff for uni, had 3 courses today, looked at a shared apartment, where I am hopefully going to move in, talked to my mum and to my sis, saved some food before it was going to be thrown away, did my workout and I am going to finish this work just like I started it!

hey cassey, i've been following your calendars since july/august and i just wanted to tell you how much a stronger, healthier, and happier person i am because of you. lately i haven't been able to workout as often as i'd like to, and some days it's hard to put on my workout clothes and start, but once i do i feel amazing. i'm in need of some major motivation to fully get back on track with my fitness journey, and winning some cute and motivating gear would definitely push me to keep going. even if i don't win i just wanted to say thank you for everything you do, and i love you! :)

I started a healthier lifestyle about a month ago started no working out and just eating healthy. I have never been motivated to work out before but I recently discovered your workout videos and they made me WANT to work out. Cassey, I am glad I decided to do this video today because I haven't tried to do any of your workout videos for months because my Internet was too slow to load them. I did try to use some of the printables you have, but it wasn't the same. I am realizing that Pilates was something that helped me get through school last year. I was also inspired to eat healthier.

Casey you motivate to keep going ! I don't necessarily have many goals but one of them is to make a change , and I find it admirable that you changes everyday not only in someone's appearance but also in their self esteem and confidence as well .

Cassey I just want to thank you for everything that you do. I lost around 50 pounds when I was in high school but I have needed to tone up ever since then. Since I found you in June my overall body tone has become so much better. Thanks to you I'm finally becoming confident in my body!

This was a good reminder to take a breather and let the bad energy go. Work has been horrible all week and I could feel the tension in my neck releasing. Hoping to stay positive these last couple shifts before Christmas.

I LOVED this stretch! So beautiful, so peaceful, and I just felt so graceful. I was able to focus on my breathing in this one, which felt absolutely amazing. I loved the "flow" of these moves!

I'm here from the beginner's calender (day 10 anyone?) but honestly I may start doing these stretches every day. I feel so much better after them and the whole video (the music, cassey's softer than usual voice, etc.) really made me feel so relaxed, especially seeing as I'm in the middle of exams right now.

I really recommend - well during any of these workouts but especially stretches - recording yourself. It might sound weird, but it a) helps you hone in on any mistakes and correct them later/during and b) watching it after is super motivating for some reason (especially if you look at your first video and your most recent one, and see exactly what progress you made)

dont get me wrong cassey I LOVE YOU but the move where you stretched your quads and laid back is actually very bad for your knees. I didnt end up doing that move but i'm just putting it out there in case anyone else decides not to.

Don't give up.Just keep practicing.Once you strengthen your core your balance will be better too.When I started I could stand on one leg,now I can do all this and more.Even the advanced stretches with ease.The fun part is comparing your old self with your new one,cause that's what we're trying to achieve!

Paaula66 as Eni said, strengthening your core helps. But another thing that may help is focusing on a particular spot on the floor/wall/mat, basically anything that won't move.

That was probably THE most relaxing and opening stretching video I've done. I LOVE doing these stretches after an intense workout!

I love working out with you because it leaves me feeling so happy. Normally after a workout I just feel drained but not anymore! I always feel so happy and carefree and good about myself, it's a great feeling. Thank you!

The reason the last stretch hurts is because IT CAN RIP YOUR ACL'S! I'm a dancer, and we know never to do that stretch because you can rip your acl while doing it and you are more likely to rip it afterwards while being active. DO NOT DO THE LAST STRETCH!

Yes! The last stretch stretches nothing but knee joints. I know she said it was for quads, but I felt nothing in my quads. I did a separate quad stretch afterwards by just laying on my belly and pulling my heels up close to my bottom.

This has helped me relax since my right hip & knee has been giving me trouble during my workouts. It's really soothing and not as extreme compared to the other workouts from you
