SHE MADE THIS LOOK EFFORTLESS and I can't be the only one: I dropped my arms too many times to count within the first seven minutes.. unbelievable how effectively this activates dormant muscles... blood is flowing so much better now! OH MY GOODNESS GRACIOUS!!!

me too! so proud! and its funny cause my arms were not that dead at the end without stopping in comparison to when i did put them down once during the whole session. Because theres a point when you get trough that really fire burning sourness sensation that then you actually feel okay again :D

It's okay if you put your arms down throughout the video, what matters is that you're pushing yourself and trying your best! If you need to take a few breaks in between, that's okay too. Eventually you'll put build up the endurance and put your arms down less and less. You've got this!

So True!...i involuntarily dropped a bunch of times the first attempt of this...but i am persevering. Refusing to quit. The alternative is not an option. i have suddenly developed sarcopenia..a Horrible shock to my system as well as my mind cos i have always been so very strong & active, so, yeah...i am Not going to let it win! i also ordered some stretch bands & small dumb bells. Wearing my silk Tai Chi jammies....this is a War i intend to Win. Downloading this video to my computer right now to play again & again for as long as it takes. Good Luck Everyone! Lets GO!

Confession... Sometimes, when I'm too depressed to get out of bed to work out, I do this video in bed and it always perks me up, makes me feel happier and lighter. I love this workout, I love your bubbly persona, and I love being reminded of things to aspire to, like confidence and strength.

Dr Berg was right! Did this routine over 6 months and there’s a huuuuge difference on my back & bra fat and arms. This routine really works… wish I could share pics. Best thing is sometimes I’d do it while watching tv, so convenient 😊

Well done ma’am! That motivates me. I’m 65 and have done this 3x now and still haven’t managed to hold out all the way through without putting arms down once or twice! I discovered Cassie with my daughter during covid and I still do her 25min total abs workout (which I manage better 😂).

I usually don't comment on videos, but this workout has been life-changing. After approximately a month of this, the first thing I've noticed about myself is that I've become stronger and have grown some muscle in the process. By the third week, the fat gradually disappears. Definitely recommend!

Тут 10 упражнений по 1,5 минуте. Начала делать пока по 1 минуте каждое упражнение через день. Мне очень надо привести руки в порядок после мастоэктомии 6 лет назад. Убрать одутловатость в плечах и ниже. Другие упражнения у меня тоже есть постоянные, но эти то что надо! Встаю теперь на полчаса раньше, чтобы спокойно их сделать! Рада что нашла Берга и этот канал! ❤🎉

I think theses are terrific exercises for any age arms. I started doing these about a month ago and i took three or four days off one time anyway I turn 66 this Saturday and I really see the difference from when I first started. Actually my left shoulder was hurting before I started these exercises and now hardly any pain at all. I started because my arms were saggy and old looking , not where I expect to be yet but with keeping up doing these I am sure I will get the best arms ever. Took a picture of my arms before I started these. Have to get that photo and compare lol. And I agree you get stronger.

Im gonna do this arm workout for 15 days and see if this gonna slim my arms or not My arms 29cm Day 1: done My arms and shoulders are dead 🥲 I pause the video twice Day 2: done it was a little bit easier than last day Day 3: done. Day 9: rest day Day 10: done Day 11: rest day Day 12: done Day 13: rest day Day 14: done Day 15: rest day This is one of the best arm workouts I’ve ever done but please make sure to take enough rest and stretch good luck 🍀 Let me tell you you an important thing that I didn’t think about it before and it happened to me, I had a killing pain in my right arm from my shoulder to my fingers and it was so bad and it’s pain woke me up early in the morning so I searched in KZbin and Google and find out it was my Deltoid muscle and it was so sore because I didn’t stretch my arms and didn’t have enough rest so yeah I thought I should tell you guys that you guys be more careful. So after a rest week I made an upper body workout plan for myself and it’s actually really good. Im gonna put my workout plan in Telegram so if you guys want you can follow my plan too. I'm 71 years old and started these after listening to Dr. Berg. Of course I drop my arms several times but these exercises are also helping to decrease the pain in my shoulders and possibly my neck even though I have fibromyalgia. Thank you so much!

Dr. Berg sent me over. I made it to through the end of Robot Arms, barely. I was able to do about 3 reps to every 10 reps that our instructor did. Plus, I had to pause the video many times just to rest between exercises. I have decades of poor upper body maintenance to correct. I actually feel good about my poor performance because I know that I have nowhere to go but up!

ElkeE - By shere chance I saw your video and had to try it immediately. Loved it, yes it hurts, cant do all exercises as beautiful and elegant 😰😰but getting better every day. I hate flabby arms, and having just turned 80 I agree wholeheartedly with "Young At Any Age". I would add also the word "fit". of course we oldies cannot do many things we did before, but this video and many others you do are very inspiring. Love it. 👏👏👏

@@FosFate it tones abit and burns fat I’ve noticed when combined with calorie deficit.. it worked for me :) Not necessarily in growing size of the muscles but abit of definition shown from the fat loss.

U can’t tone ur arms either lose fat all around or build muscle in that spot and since this is zero resistance u shouldn’t be gaining any muscle

@@CatholicKatherine you do realize twirling ur arms in the air doesn’t give any resistance right body weight stuff like pushups is actual resistance and no toning is physiologically impossible u can’t tone a body part you either build muscle or lose fat all around or do both I like how you said do ur research but clearly haven’t done any or misinterpreted data so hard it’s not even laughable if stuff like this was effective everyone would just curl the air but guess what it’s not wanna know why because there is no mechanical tension on the muscle which is the primary mover of muscle growth that’s why marathon runners or sprinters don’t have extremely jacked legs cause muscle damage and muscle fatigue doesn’t mean growth no resistance at all means no growth u neeed a adequate amount of actual mechanical tension to grow twirling ur arms in the air won’t do that it’s just mild cardio which might burn a little fat all around the body after a while or so also how is using ur bodyweight hard to sustain muscle with I can understand ur legs not gaining muscle cause at some point ur legs will need a lot of resistance to continue to get stronger now for upper body I do recommend when u get advanced enough put on weights to ur calisthenics move to help progressively overloaded

I'm 70 years old. I've had fibromyalgia since i was 10 yrs old (they called it fibrocitis then. This workout actually felt great! I have hopes that this will help the myofacia- syndrome element of fibromyalgia. Always been active, 11 years of ballet(4 on toe) thank you, thank you, thank you!

Cassey is the reason I'm always so motivated to workout. Cassey you are amazing!!!! You are very motivating. Whenever I watch your videos I feel like you are that sister who always motivates her siblings, who makes them happy , who always tells them to be confident and who makes them better people . I've been doing this from 2 months and at the beggining I had to drop my arms after every single exercise, today is the first time I can complete the workout without dropping my arms at all ❤

Oh my god, i've doing this so many times and i started with beeing not able to complete the first two exercises and now i was able the first time to complete all the exercises without putting my arms down😍🤗 Guys, kepp doing!

@brandandarke123 It’s definitely not as fast as lifting, but there’s a reason a lot of Pilates exercises are common in physical therapy it works on slowly building your muscles and endurance. Just because the results aren’t as visible doesn’t mean it doesn’t work.

Actually, I lift consistently and I was ridiculously sore after this. The military uses some of these exercises and body weight. Maybe you don't think it would work for you but if you've not tried then please refrain from cutting others down who enjoy it. Again, I do this, lift and run. I love this and was super sore. I consider myself in shape to so, yeah!!

I swear this is works!! Ive been doing this for five times and i started to see some changes! Im not doing any diet or anything but i do pilates for 30 mins, 3/4 times a week and i mix it up with this workout to fix my rounded shoulder. And i notice this morning, my shoulder and arms looks so much leaner and i feel like my posture are so much improving, my back are also way leaner than before and also my upperbody strength are improving so much! Everything feels so much easier and lighter when i pick heavy stuff lol. This has to be one of my fav workout ever eventho it burns sooo much. Im so grateful for this 15 mins workout 😭

@@fortnite.burger you mean placebo effect? Well i was just stating what i was experiencing, and i know for sure not everyone will have the same results like me. My body type is the kind that can easily build muscle but kind of hard to lose the fat. I hope u understand what i mean as im not an english speaker. But for me, this workout gave me more results than doing the strength training with dumbell. If i do dumbell my arms going to look bulky. But with this one or any other pilates workout it gave me a lean look which i love. Cheers

I have arthritis in my hip so I've been scouring KZbin to find exercises I can do in a chair and boy is this a great work out. Love that you don't need weights. Bring on the toned arms!

Flapping your arms around for 15 minutes wont get you the arms that you want, just use dumbbells and it'll help you build muscles quicker

OMG! 59 female here from Dr. Berg´s video and I am so excited. I was able to do everything without lowering my arms until she raises her arms for the angel movement on minute 8, I think it was, I couldn´t take anymore and stopped there. I will try tomorrow again.... I hope.
