great video. catch n cook for sure. that's the circle. me personally, when i catch fish, i eat them. unless you are a bass fisherman, your circle stops as you release all of your fish. i love to see new chefs and ideas on how to cook up a great dinner for my girlfriend n me. by the way, your guests were great and i loved the recipe. thx

The fishing and adventure was good. The chef had good ingredients but he didn't remove the scales from the steelhead and therefore had to use a sawing motion instead of a slicing motion to score the steelhead.
