For those commenting about false advertisement, you're not paying attention. Renders, concept images, and virtual staging have been a part of real estate marketing for many years. If not, you'd not be able to advertise a new home that wasn't yet built (advertised with renders). Concept images like I show here (as well as all types of virtual staging) are the same as using renders: to advertise the "potential" of a property. Concept images do not advertise the property; they show the POTENTIAL for a property. This is why renders, virtual staging, and other types of concept images are labeled as concept images, and it's why most MLSs allow these images to be posted (if labeled correctly). Also, many agents will print these and have the prints on display at open houses and showings so that they can show prospective buyers a property's potential. So if you think that a concept image (properly labeled) is false advertisement, then you may want to find another line of work, because this is, has been, and will be a major part of real estate marketing.
