Excellent video. I have been using photoshop since the beginning, and I never thought to use the grey layer in overlay mode to dodge shadow areas.

What are your thoughts on realtors using your (photographers) pics to virtually stage empty/vacant properties you shoot for them, thus by-passing you??

I offer my clients two things when they mention they'll virtually stage images with another service (1) I can give them faster turnaround if I do it myself and (2) I can provide a higher quality image. If your clients virtually stage your images and they never mentioned it to you, then it's likely that your clients weren't aware that was a service you provide. If that's the case, make sure you promote that you can; for instance, when entering a vacant property use that as an opportunity to tell your client that you can virtually stage it, and promote the two advantages I mentioned (turnaround and quality).

Nathan i got a list of realtors from google my business in my city here in brazil. Out of 25 i messaged 3 replied saying not interested in having professional photos. The rest did not even reply. Do you recommend reaching property owners directly?

You actually went about that all wrong and you contacted the wrong agents. Getting the right clients is a more involved process, which I cover in detail, step by step in my course on Business and Marketing for Real Estate Photography. Here's a link if you'd like to check that out ReBusiness.NathanCool.com
