I honestly can’t remember it being so slow back then, emulated and speeded up a few percent and it might be playable again haha!

I loved match of the day 2 bitd it looks so painfully slow now 😂 Out of all of those microProse still looks and plays really well I had forgotten about that game loved it bitd

Ah mate, honesty I couldn’t believe how slow it was, yet back then I can’t remember it being so slow? MicroProse is still very good, I loved EHIS back then but microprose has definitely ages better!

Microprose Soccer I remember International Soccer (it hasn't aged well). Think I like Microprose Soccer best our of this list. Street Sports Soccer looks interesting but the sprites are too small - not sure how playable that would be...

Yeah it's fair to say the old C64 footy games look way better than what we had on the Speccy😄 My face Speccy footy games were Emlyn Hughes and Matchday 2, oh and I used to like some cheap Codemasters one I think, Street Football or something?

I love the C64 as much as the next person, but I think its sae to say this wasn't the best genre on the system lol. Microprose Soccer has to be the pick of the bunch.
