The KITCHENAID mentioned first is my dishwasher-I love it. I prefer to have operational lighting displayed and no handle. Mine is a 2021 model.

44dba is not exactly as whisper quiet as what you'd expect.

Yes, I agree, but the slight uptick in noise is due to the additional filter pump, and I do not find it objectionable. If I can get 10 years out of my KA I will be happy.
