I’m a Bismarck main in ranked I think it is the most complete BB. Not the best but it is good. Perfect mix of guns, secondaries, survivability, offence & Defence.

@@bumblebity2902 tirpoitz is the best for aggressive pushes where you know you will win because of torps and you can finish targets quicker and save HP. Bismarck is more complete because you have armor+decent guns wich help a lot, and you have hydro for defense. DD in ranked are very scary because battles are usually close range and that makes torp attacks more easy for DDs

Roma's armour is Vladi levels of good. People underestimate the italian armour of the bbs. The soviets had to have taken their inspiration for their designs from somewhere And those are the italians

Picardie owner here: The ship is Anhalt level trash, Worse cherbourg guns, no hp, and the slow speed makes it one of the worst t8 bbs in the game

I shit a lenin in an anhalt with the german he pen. Yeah lenin will play like that .. But i shitted him in 2 salvos doing him 6k each and fires.. Lenin is op until it s pen with he... Or torped. That is why in ranked you sneak him get in torp range with tirpitz. Or kii. And he become fucked

I have played Monarch a lot, she's definitely B / C ( gun calibre, reload time and speed ), but Picardie on the other hand is an F.

picarde is the same concepts and the burgogne and jean bart. an uptiered version of the previous tier ship but with reload booster, the problem with picardie is that it doesnt have any senblance of acuracy since it is the tier 7 french bb uptiered to tier 8

I was thinking about Vladivostok, but I'm a little afraid, because its range is very low and it's very slow, I don't know how He does well in turning the rudder and I'm also worried about the distance. Amagi is slept on. Is a jack of all master of none type ship, an all good rounder like the N Carolina IMO. She also has the 'worst' vertical dispersion of any BB, said another way, she is the best ship at hitting angled ships, more reliable than broadsides. She can push, she can kite, Torpedo Protection and that stern armour plate are very nice at eating and bouncing shells.

Picardie can go to throw tier it's a Lyon that trades its nie 330mm guns and decent dispersion for 305mm with ass dipersion and crippled HE and a reload booster. Vladi can go to S tier though. Maybe not quite Lenin level, but better than Massa for sure.

Hawke has speed, firepower, torpedoes, better gun performance, better AP, not so much worse HE, and more utility - the Monarch does have the advantage of a 32mm bow

Anhalt is a lot of fun in OPS. Try using her HE. Her forward firing torps are great and her secondaries are long range for T8 and have great pen. For PVE she is an A tier

I'd move Kii below Amagi, despite the torpedoes she's a worse brawler since she lacks the strong turtleback armor Amagi has that makes her near impossible to citadel at close ranges, Kii's citadel is also tall and her belt armor is really mediocre so almost all AP will citadel her. Torpedoes also launch from the stern so they're a touch difficult to use in a drive-by since they take some time to reach the target leaving you completely open broadside in the meantime.

Picardie is the Lyon at tier 8 with smaller guns (305s), it's just a cruiser killer, not that good against BBs despite 16 guns...

Zieten a bit over-rated. A bit strange having Bismarck & Tirpitz in different tiers, but I suppose those 6km torps have some utility. At least in Brawl mode, and maybe ranked. Otherwise good list. Although it's weird having Lenin & Mass in same tier. I'd be happy to trade my Mass in for a Lenin, even if I had to put in some Doubloons as well.

Amagi in Meh??? U can deal with it easily on 9 tier and even in 10. Great guns, good secondaries, good range.

Massachusetts is not so good. Everyone overrates her. When I beat ranked or random versus Piranga, he beats me 90%. And when I shoot after the Piranga, even if it's sideways to me, I do very little damage. I would put it in B.

Hawke seems to get citadeled so damn easy. To get crossfired is to die in 1 volley. I probably just suck but the Hawke feels like the least tanky BB I have.

Yumihari is ultra throwing tier, the guns are worse than Mutsu's, the armor is worse than Nagato's, the plane is a non issue since if you're standing back the red BB's are outnumbering your team's and if you're going in you're probably fighting one of the secondary specced BB's and just losing there... or a Vlad or Lenin with their Russian CQ dispersion and getting murdered by overmatch. Monarch is much better, at least you have a 32mm bow, good stealth and quick reload.

Amagi is actually a sleeper ranked pick. It can slap shit from across the map, and if you gorilla build it, you get 10km secondaries, the 140mms of which are Schlieffen accurate. It makes Amagi pushing much better than otherwise, since you can still angle and have damage going out. Not to mention it say 'fuck your angles' rather... oddly (i have 15k'd angled BBs more than once). Nice to see you back by the way, now i have another wowstuber to leave sarcastic comments on again.

By the way, you forgot that Gascan gets the 40 second heal that Massa has, as well as Flandre getting one less heal. That's enough for them to trade places IMO, since BB HP is pretty important in smaller battles.

Monarch is one of my favorite ships and it was really fun to grind through and i have also carried a few times in ranked because the HE is good and AP used correctly deletes a broadside cruiser and and takes massive chunks out of other bb's health

Yeah i think so aswell, yes in the picture of the line t8/9 are lowpoints but t7 is outright broken dpm and conq is conq but Monarch still deals very good dmg with he and the ap slaps extremely hard aswell

Overmatch doesn’t matter if you can’t hit anything, considering dual turret setup on tirpitz and the wonky dispersion it brings, I think for ranked brandenburg may be slightly better. Slightly because the main tradeoff is brandenburg’s lack of HP.
