Thank you so much for this awesome video on how to spin. I have such a hard time learning to spin even though I have very strong core with six packs and slim fit built as a fitness trainer. I am using inline skates. I will apply your techniques to my practice.

This is another great video from the Roc but I am having difficulty with the A. My feet want to change to a V as I attempt to spin. Any hints how I can correct this?

Try to keep your knees together as if you’re squeezing a tennis ball between your thighs the entire time…. Let me know how that works for you
