Never installed an electric Fence but I also Never say No to learning New things. Thanks keep the content coming I've learned a lot from you guys some Ideas i've learned had to be modified because here is a lot of rock. The auger bit and water on the hole around dry soil worked like a charm. A Guy i work with i showed him that video and thought the rain that was coming was going to be a blessing I'm like nah mud sticks to mud and creates suction pulling things out the wall possibly exposing water flow spring into the hole. Every one i work with now watch your videos LOL =)

I have tested them a lot if different ways… holding a wrench in your gloved hands. (Best to not wear wet leather gloves with holes in the fingertips.). Making your little brother grab the fence can be effective. (Just make sure you aren’t gripping his sweaty wrist as you convince him to try it.) If you can’t talk him into grabbing the fence… Bet him that he can’t pee over the top of the fence. (This should only be done as a dare. Doing it as a competition can make you a winner and a loser instantly!!!) A sure fire way to test it is to step over it side saddle. This works best if the fence is at least a foot below your waist. There’s a height range just above that which will drive you nuts! (Always wait until your cutoffs dry from your swimming trip to the creek.) PS… Rubber-dipped fencing pliers can work. (But, nicks in the coating, wet leather gloves with holes in the fingers and wet cutoff shorts can give you an uncontrollable urge to pee in the fence… Or, so I’ve been told!)

You have the best fence videos on KZbin, not sure why you do not get more views. I would use a neon light to test fence voltage. I do wory a bit about good looking guys playing with their tools.

Hmmm, you still have to figure out what the faults are for yourself, but it might point you in the right direction. 😁
