My family is very hard on washers and dryers. For some reason they’re always running ,speed. Queen TC 5003 is an awesome machine keeps on ticking.! Wish I would’ve got the heat pump dryer, but all is good!

This was very informative and I thank you. I have a few friends that have the LG washer, the one similar to the one that you’re showing. They absolutely love it. She had a Samsung side loader and didn’t like the washing machine at all. I’ve noticed that with my Samsung washer, side loader. It is tearing some of my clothes apart! How is that even possible when I have it on the right setting? This is never happened to me before. I must admit that the clothes I have are of the very best quality, just because of the job that I am in. I do like the way the older models worked. People did not buy their washer for aesthetic purposes in those days! My late mother had a washing machine where you really did everything. She would put the clothes through the two big rollers. and this took the soapy water out of them….. then she would rinse, repeat and put the wet clothing Through the rollers again. I was not born at the time that the machine came out but my mother was ecstatic as this simplified washing everything out by hand. i’ve always been so OCD about having my white cloths becoming really white. I separate the clothing into the colours that need to be washed together. Often I would soak my whites a day or two before I wash them. With the side washer made by Samsung it is extremely disappointing because my whites no longer get white anymore irregardless of what I do or what I use. I do use a “Plant Based” detergent………No harmful chemicals. I have tried using tide, sunlight, adding borax and OxiClean to my whites..hot 💦 H2O I do use Clorox and bleach along with hot water for washing my whites and using my plant based detergent with Borax and a small scoop I also am very focussed on keeping the machine clean and making sure there is no lint or little hairs in the cleaning filter. I don’t know why but when I pulled this filter out to clean it has never been dirty? I also make sure to keep the door of the wash machine open always in between loads of laundry. I have never had that moulded smell in the wash machine. Even when I had a Toploader, I left the lid open all the time as well. sorry for the long message but wanted to thank you. Take care, Susan
