Yes she is very slow at making it. Speed them up we get the point. We don’t need to watch you cut the carrots. Who wants to watch that? And you waste all the fiber in the carrot. I rather steam mine to soften.

My dad added about 1/3 cup of overproof rum plus the spices (.more nutmeg than cinnamon) to his carrot juice...😂 And served it to us kids... We slept well.. To this day, I don't know any other way to make it
