There are many books on running in local languages in each country written by local experts, coaches, and former athletes. So everyone can do a bit of research to find them and get a meaningful portions of running insights.

Useful video! Have you found that it is a case of matching the runner to the theory/book? Trialing different techniques to find which one is most appropriate or can the runner adapt to the theory?
