I add the carnation milk, condensed milk, 1/2 cup of almond milk, ( I don’t use media crema🤷‍♀️) a teaspoon of vanilla. Then I’ll use any kind of instant coffee. I’ll do 1/2 cup of water and then I’ll add a teaspoon of coffees. You can add any creamer that you have at home. I usually add French vanilla. Try not to use a lot of creamer, the creamer is only so the coffee won’t be to strong. Also you have to like the taste of your coffee. And believe me those that like coffee will right away taste the difference. Then you blend all ingredients together and as soon as the cake is cool pour it all in the cake. Let it set for four hours and Listo you have a Tres Leches Mocha Cake☺️. That’s how I like to present it😋😋. 1 Can of Carnation milk 1 Can of condensed milk 1/2 Cup of almond milk 1 Teaspoon of vanilla 1/2 Cup of hot water 1 teaspoon or 1 1/2tablespoon Creamer to taste of your favorite taste. You can play with the flavors. Add all ingredients in he blender.☺️

Good advice! Maybe her sore is dry already? If the sore is crusted/scabbed and is no longer weeping it is actually no longer contagious. BUT always good to play it safe. When kids breakout for the first time they get it really bad- sores all over their mouth that are very painful. On that note, I just wouldn't risk it.
