When King Julian sacrificed his leg and his crown to save Mort and Maurice from an African Warlord in Madagascar 2, and he could no longer Move it Move it, I simply couldn't believe how underrated this franchise was. Astonishing tension and atmosphere culminating in A sacrifice that not only pushes the plot forward but also develops character is what made this movie great, and I am A proud Madagascarian.
