my tension screw keep getting lose. is there a easy way to tighten beside take off the screen?

Ehhh not really. You have to undo a few steps before you can adjust the tension screw. I don’t believe the whole screen has to come off again but the plastic covering piece is gonna be in the way…

I bought the same one. Put mine for some reason it won’t tilt up or down. Do I need to loosen a bolt so it could go up and down?

Yes!! It’s probably too tight. It’s underneath the bracket.

@@overdrive_reviews that looks like the one that goes left and right ONLY which is why it only shows the 30º left arrow. My box has arrows showing Left/Right 30° Up/Down 15°
