Hi Jordan- Thought I would chime in on your program....I'am a 62 yr. old woman, who has tried *cough* many programs to lose weight over the years, WW x3..Nutri-S.,etc.. I lost weight (too restrictive) gaining it back.... One day your KZbin video showed on my screen and I listened...thought what the hell and I'm giving it a try. I just finished my first week and lost 2 lbs. which kinda surprised me, given the fact I had an "off day", but stayed in my calorie deficient, for the most part. Reflecting today and I'am going to go another week..let all your information sink in (nothing is off limits!) knowing it's doable and results do happen. God Bless America, ya'll ;)

I like this one at the beginning of my workout because Iike the stretch before I get into other things. I warm up first but this feels like an accessory to a warm up, so to speak. (I also do something similar on leg day, having split squats and seated good mornings as my first super set to get that extra stretching on both sides before my heavy lifting). I love the stretch in both my shoulders and my back. I also have paired right now with chest presses on a super set so that I'm working both sides.
