I used this case in my build almost a year ago and this is my favorite case of all time. It's only $75, but it has the quality of a $120+ case (most budget $75 cases will feel lighter, not this case, it's heavy and sturdy. It comes with 4 140mm fans and the stock fans are excellent. They are as quite as it gets and nothing ever runs over 40 C and the first 4 months I just used the stock fans. I had additional fans ready to go, but I just didn't get around to it and since everything was running insanely cool even with an intel i5 12600KF, I didn't bother initially installing my fans. Even when running high end games everything runs cool and quite. The one fan that I added that was beneficial was the one under the gpu, but even prior to that fan, it was hanging around 50 C. I don't know if it's because I run Linux but my temperatures are much cooler than the test temperatures that are demonstrated here. I wasn't going for looks but the case looks awesome and if you like to mess around with rgb lights this has 30 different options and everything is adjustable from the buttons on top of the case... You could even shut it off by holding the button for 3 seconds, so in those instances when I'm finishing off some torrents and leave my cpu running I could go to sleep without it looking like a RAV in my room. No need to change a setting in bios. I can't recommend this case enough. After nearly a year the fans are still completely silent, no rubbing or anything. It has to be the best budget case and it's note even close. It's even good for a $120+ case.

I hate hearing my fans. I would rather get less performance and have my pc quitter... however I've been using this case for almost a year and it's as quite as anything could be... I don't hear a thing and my temperatures run even cooler than the tests in this video show. Even when running high end games the fans have remained quite and my temperatures have remained exceptionally low and I'm using i5 12600kf. Perhaps when temps run high and the fans are forced to increase to 50%+ perhaps the fans runs louder compared to other fans at that rate.... but under a normal work load spin rate I don't know how they could be an quiter. I run Linux and everything tends to run exceptionally cooler in linux in my experience certainly with this, because non of my temps ever get over 50 C. My gpu would get to 60 C when high end gaming, prior to installing a fan underneath it

Thanks for this great review. I´ve been looking at reviews of this case a lot the past days because I need a new case. But in every review I read or look at I´m missing an information which I need to decide if I´m going to buy this case or not. I own an Arctic liquid freezer 3 240 AiO. The rad alone is 40mm thick without the fans. Would this AiO fit inside this case on the top with the fans and without interfering with my motherboard?

Hi, i'm in the market for a case for my new computer and i was thinking between this montech and the corsair 4000d, i value build quality especially and don't care if i have to spend extra on fans, how these two compare and what would you recommend? also thinking in the Lancool 216
@TechHunterOfficial5 ай бұрын
For the price, I think you can't beat the quality that this offers. I would recommend this over the 4000D as it's a little more spacious inside to allow for bigger GPU's, better radiator support. Plus if you're happy with the stock fans you won't have to spend even more money. The raw physical quality of this is superb, regardless of the price!

Okay, easiest way to do it is to connect the ARGB header to your motherboard. Then you can disable the fans from your motherboard software, like Asus armoury crate, msi mystic light etc. To sync the rgb with the motherboard you can hold down the RGB button on the case to sync it. Hope that helps, any questions just ask 👍🏼
